At Ranger Station, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not in love with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return or exchange window for all unused and gently used products.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

  Package and Ship

  Ensure the products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
